We can accommodate 50-60 people standing and 30-40 people seated for events. We also allow all event bookings to have access to our upstairs area at no extra cost.

We are open 24hrs 7 days a week, however you must email us beforehand to schedule an appointment or booking.

We have no on-site parking during week between 9am-5.00pm but there is free parking on near by side roads. However, there is free on-site parking during the week anytime after 5.00pm and free on-site parking during the weekend anytime.

The nearest train station to LDN Creates is Waddon station, however you may get the 157 or the 289 directly to us.

All PAYG bookings may be cancelled within 48hrs in order to get the opportunity to rebook within 6 months. You may cancel your membership anytime by emailing admin@ldncreates.com

We do not offer refunds however, we will offer you the opportunity to rebook within 6 months.

Children are allowed on the premises as long as they are accompanied by an adult.

We do not have any kitchen facilites however, you may bring your own food or drink into the premises. There are shops near by such as Morrisons or you may use deliveroo to make an order.

The music studio does not come with a producer/engineer however, you may book our in-house producer/engineer at an additonal fee at £10ph.

Our memberships include a standard amount of hours, 24hr access to the hub, access to our in-house team, priority access to our events, an opportunity to be featured in our newsletter, be featured in our web-series & a chance for us to produce campaigns on your behalf.

There are no hidden fees or changes when you book with LDN Creates. There is a £2 admin fee when any of our in-house team is booked.

15 hours a month is the minimum you will get with a LDN Creates membership.

A LDN Creates membership is not a contract, it is a month to month agreement that may be cancelled at anytime by just sending an email to admin@ldncreates.com.

We host all type of events such as workshops, listening parties, art exhibitions, sip & paints, speed dating & more. We will also be happy to discuss your event in further detail to see if it is something we can accommodate.

All our rooms are multi-use which means that our dry hire terms change depending on the type of activity that will be taking place. For example if you would like to hire our event space, then you will get access to 12 chairs & a table only. However, if you dry hire the music studio you will get access to all equipment inside that room. Please drop us an email at admin@ldncreates.com to discuss your needs further.

We are open 24hrs, 7 days a week so just drop us an email at admin@ldncreates.com and we can arrange a tour for you.

We can provisionally hold a date for 8 weeks and until someone else enquires.

We provide every PAYG customer with a grace period of 30 minutes, 15 minutes at the start of your booking & 15 minutes after your booking has ended. If you go over the 15 minutes grace period at the end of your booking, you will be charged for another hour.

You are more welcome to bring your own alcohol onto the premises.

Any person in a wheelchair may access LDN Creates. However, they will only be able to gain access to the lower ground space as our toliet and other rooms are not big enough to accommodate.

LDN Creates is extremely cold during the winter period, which is why we do not hold events in the event space. However we do have heaters which are allocated to each of the other rooms which makes the space cosy.

Drop us an email stating that you no longer want to be a LDN Creates member and we will cancel or pause your membership. If you want it deleted, we will delete your account and details from our system within 10 days.

The 10 day period is just in case you change your mind and decided to stay with us.

We advise all members & PAYG clients to book in the evening from 7 pm as during the day it can be extremely hot. However, due to this, you may opt for a location shoot in exchange.
